AMBR is a talented contemporary singer, songwriter and musician who is a rising star in the contemporary pop music scene with her uplifting and emotive vocal style and powerfully evocative songwriting. Her original songs have been picked up and played on several occasions as ‘Track Of The Day’ for BBC Introducing The South, across BBC Radio Surrey and BBC Radio Sussex. She has also performed for Live Lounge for BBC Introducing The South.

AMBR has competed for England in the International Eisteddfod Competition, has reached the semi-finals of the 2016 UK Unsigned Songwriter of the Year competition, and played the main stage at several festivals, most-recently at the Wandsworth Festivals which attracted over 10,000 people to their events, and for Teenage Cancer Trust at Brighton Marathon with a weekend attendance of over 100,000 people.

Originally from Surrey, England, AMBR has had classical vocal-training and learned to play the piano and cello from an early age. She is currently studying Songwriting at BIMM, under the mentorship of industry experts such as Bob James, Georgia Train and others. She is a former Platinum Member of the Songwriting Academy, whose mentors include Michael Garvin, Pam Sheyne, Martin Sutton, who have written tracks for Christina Aguilera, George Benson, Lian Rimes and more.
